Thank you for stopping by! I'm Yaning (she/her), a researcher at the NIHR Blood and Transplant Research Unit in Donor Health and Behaviour at the University of Cambridge. This site documents my professional and creative interests and outputs.

Brief bio

Education A BSc in Population Health Sciences w/ Data Science (University College London), an MSc in Global Health Science and Epidemiology (University of Oxford), and a PhD in Public Health and Primary Care (University of Cambridge; submitted July 2026).

Experience Year-long stints in charity communications and data visualisation design. Months-long stints in research consulting, journalism, and nonprofits. Days-long stints in event stewarding (to surprise a friend). Also, three-plus years team-building an assistive technology software.
